Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on system implementation, workflow, or process-design projects
• Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills, including experience partnering closely with business subject-matter experts
• Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation
• Ability to conduct industry benchmarking or competitive research to inform design decisions
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel to profile and validate datasets
• Ability to create screen mockups or wireframes and turn them into build-ready specifications using tools such as Figma, Lucid, Balsamiq, Visio, or similar
• Ability to handle sensitive data in accordance with confidentiality, privacy, and access controls

• Lead working sessions and interviews with the team and extended divisional stakeholders to capture functional and data requirements for fraud logging
• Document the current fraud intake and logging process, including handoffs, roles, and data captured
• Convert requirements into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria for the ServiceNow development or platform team
• Define the fraud record data model, including required and optional fields, categories, statuses, severity and priority logic, validation rules, and reporting needs
• Research how other companies capture and log fraud, including their tracked fields, screen layouts, categorization approaches, and workflow patterns
• Create requirements, screen mockups, and workflow documentation for the ServiceNow platform team
• Support planning for migration of historical fraud records from SharePoint to ServiceNow by defining data requirements and mapping them with the team

This hands-on analysis and design role focuses on translating fraud and operational-risk expertise and industry practices into clear specifications, rather than building the platform. You will work closely with business subject-matter experts, while the ServiceNow platform team uses your deliverables to guide implementation.
