We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to support social-first creative development. This is a Long-term Contract opportunity suited for a writer who can take a single idea and shape it into multiple compelling assets while preserving each brand’s distinct tone. The role focuses on short-form content for fast-moving social platforms and calls for someone who can blend concept development, sharp writing, and responsive collaboration.Responsibilities:• Develop original copy and creative concepts for TikTok, Meta Reels, and other social content formats that align with brand voice and campaign goals.• Write a range of short-form assets, including captions, hooks, on-screen text, video scripts, and storyboard copy for social-first campaigns.• Transform core campaign ideas into several platform-appropriate executions tailored to audience behavior and content best practices.• Incorporate relevant cultural trends, creator-inspired approaches, and platform conventions to make content feel timely and native.• Present creative directions clearly to cross-functional partners and explain the rationale behind messaging choices.• Refine copy quickly based on stakeholder feedback, creative reviews, and performance insights to improve effectiveness.• Manage multiple deliverables at once while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines within a part-time schedule.• Partner closely with design, strategy, production, and community teams to ensure written content supports broader campaign execution.
