About job:
Customand is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will assist customers, coordinate service requests, and support daily transportation and relocation operations. You will communicate with customers, provide accurate service information, update records, and collaborate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules, relocation services, and company procedures.
* Assist customers with questions, service requests, and transportation-related concerns.
* Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs and resolve service issues.
* Enter and update customer information, orders, and service notes in company systems.
* Track service requests and follow up with customers to help ensure timely resolutions.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or transportation experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
