Job Description

Salary: $92,680 - 113,360 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in Databricks SQL.
• We require an associate degree.
• We prefer advanced proficiency in the Snowflake platform.
• We prefer advanced proficiency in Python, data modeling, and Structured Query Language (SQL).

• We lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined portion of a contract, to satisfy operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
• We maintain service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through upselling or cross-selling.
• We serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and guide the team, take ownership of team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and help shape key decisions.
• We provide solutions to issues for our immediate team and across multiple teams.
• We drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen delivery processes and service quality.
• We work with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations.
• We mentor and support team members so they can build skills and reach project milestones.
• We analyze delivery metrics and share insights to improve resource allocation and project schedules.
• We lead risk management by identifying possible challenges and putting mitigation plans in place.
• We work onsite with the client three days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey.
