At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Medical Device Assembly to work with a leading medical device manufacturer in Irvine. This role is essential for ensuring the precision, safety, and quality of life-saving medical components within a controlled manufacturing environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday-Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am
• Must be flexible to work overtime

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Role Responsibilities for Medical Device Assembly

• Carefully assemble individual parts and subassemblies of medical devices by following established procedures and blueprints.
• Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify any defects or non-conformances.
• Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures to properly assemble components.
• Complete necessary documentation including assembly logs, quality control reports, and batch records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a controlled environment, adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.

Location: Irvine. This position is based in a controlled manufacturing facility.
