Salary: $54,300 - 235,100 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and large-scale data integration.
• We require at least 1 year of experience with Palantir Foundry, including building data pipelines, managing datasets, and deploying applications within Palantir Foundry and/or Palantir Gotham.
• We require at least 1 year of experience with prompt engineering and applied AI techniques within Palantir, including AIP, model deployment, and feature engineering.
• We require at least 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• We require at least 3 years of experience in Python, PySpark, or Java.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, or an associates degree with the specified work experience.
• We require the ability to communicate clearly and credibly with executive stakeholders about technical concepts.
• We require the ability to build rapport quickly and represent our team professionally with clients.
• We require the ability to write clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We require the ability to present updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to executives in a way that is tailored to the audience.
• We consider it a plus if you have full-stack or front-end development experience.
• We consider it a plus if you hold Palantir certifications in Foundry, Gotham, or AIP.
• We consider it a plus if you have consulting or client-facing experience.
• We consider it a plus if you have experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines, including Git, GitHub/GitLab, or Jenkins.

• We work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, program managers, and domain specialists, to design, build, and support client-facing applications.
• We gather requirements, analyze data and workflows, and define a delivery roadmap from prototype to scaled deployment.
• We prototype and iterate rapidly, building from scratch when needed and refining solutions based on user feedback and operational outcomes.
• We deliver production-ready solutions by shipping reliable pipelines and applications that turn client data into operational workflows and decision support.
• We align closely with stakeholders by writing clear requirements, sharing progress with both technical and non-technical audiences, and driving work through to release.
• We help clients solve urgent challenges across areas such as the battlefield, supply chains, benefits programs, and broader government operations.
• We iterate quickly, build from scratch, and help organizations transform their operations at uncommon speed.
• We may require travel ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
