Mandatory Certifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Mandatory CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
