Job Description
Salary: $112,900 - 338,300 per year Requirements:
- We need at least 8 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
- We need at least 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production, including agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
- We need at least 3 years of deep experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models, including abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
- We need at least 8 years of experience leading software engineering teams, including delivery oversight, resource allocation, and the development of direct reports.
- We need a bachelors degree or equivalent experience: a minimum of 12 years of work experience, or for an associate degree, at least 6 years of work experience.
- Travel is required, and it may be up to 75%.
- Bonus experience includes end-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded environment.
- Bonus experience includes leading enterprise AI deployments across multi-stakeholder environments.
- Bonus experience includes managing and developing engineering teams, including performance management and development planning.
- Bonus experience includes working with enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, or Palantir.
- Bonus experience includes defining enterprise AI architecture across identity, data, security, governance, and multi-system integrations.
- Bonus experience includes working directly with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs on AI strategy and investment decisions.
- Bonus experience includes leading executive workshops, architecture design sessions, or cross-functional technical engagements.
- Bonus experience includes working within or deploying AI solutions for Sourcing & Procurement functions, including strategic sourcing, category management, procure-to-pay processes, or supplier management platforms.
- Bonus experience includes familiarity with S&P technology ecosystems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or equivalent procurement systems.
- Bonus experience includes work in the High Tech industry, including semiconductors, software, hardware, or electronics manufacturing, with knowledge of global supply chains, component sourcing, contract manufacturing, and speed-to-market pressures.
Responsibilities: - We lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex, multi-stakeholder client environments, including platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, SAP, or Palantir, as well as Sourcing & Procurement tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Jaggaer.
- We own programme-level outcomes such as time-to-value, reliability, adoption speed, scalability, and related commercial metrics across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- We drive rapid experimentation and turn ambiguous business problems into working production systems in days or weeks.
- We design and govern enterprise AI solutions across the full technology stack, including identity, data, security, governance, platform layers, and multi-system workflow integration.
- We shape AI reinvention strategy for client CTOs, CFOs, CISOs, and CPOs by building value architecture, ROI backlogs, use case prioritisation frameworks, and multi-year adoption roadmaps.
- We create reusable reinvention blueprints, patterns, and accelerators that can be scaled across engagements and help grow the FDE practice.
- We lead architecture design sessions, executive workshops, and code-with sessions with client engineering and senior leadership teams.
- We capture delivery insights, failure patterns, and engineering standards that strengthen the FDE practice and support future forward deployed engineers.
- We design and deploy AI-powered procurement solutions such as autonomous sourcing agents, intelligent supplier risk monitoring, predictive spend analytics, and contract lifecycle automation.
