Job Description

Salary: $62,800 - 261,500 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless.
• We need at least 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production, including agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
• We need at least 3 years of experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Vertex AI, including building abstraction layers for multi-provider pipelines.
• We need at least 5 years of programming experience in Python, Java, or an equivalent language, along with familiarity with evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• We need at least 5 years of production deployment experience, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm, monitoring, and debugging.
• We need at least 5 years of experience in client communication and collaboration, including leading technical workshops and working effectively under ambiguity.
• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. If you hold an associate degree, we need at least 6 years of work experience.

• We design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool use, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• We develop abstraction layers across AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI to support seamless integration and enablement.
• We build scalable AI-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless approaches, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability.
• We tailor and deploy agentic applications across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail to automate domain-specific processes.
• We work directly with clients by running design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven agent workflows.
• We define and apply metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to assess agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• We create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices that inform internal assets and client roadmaps.
